Diving Into Dolmans: Naptime Creations and Round Up

Hello everyone! Welcome back to the Dive Into Dolmans Blog Tour! This is the last week of the tour and therefore this is my last post.  I have had a blast on this tour sewing up dolmans and I want to sneak one more in as well as recap the ones I previously reviewed.  First things first, I sewed up just one more shirt because I love dolmans and who really needs an excuse for one more shirt?

So I present to you the Easy Breezy Summer Tee by Nap Time Creations.  If you are saying, wait that looks familiar, it does.  The supremely talented Patricia from Sew Far North reviewed a few weeks ago.  Click here to see her review! So before I get into my version let me run down the details for you.

I used a knit that is faux ribbed and was my $1.50 Walmart find.  I love that it is a neutral color and I can wear it with anything.  Here in Washington it never really gets hot so even my summer shirts need a little weight.

So I left my shirt unhemmed because height is always an issue for me.  I love the loose fit of this shirt and the neck line is just the right amount of distinction for this shirt.

Oh and did I mention it was soooo quick to sew?  I couldn’t even believe that I was finished!  I had never sewn any Nap Time Creations before but I am definitely sold! I am amazed at the number of free patterns available on the website and I have loved looking around the facebook group.

So I was lucky enough to get to sew up three different dolmans on this blog tour and see so many more.  I will continue trying them out and see what accentuates my hourglass figure!
